49 teachers participated in the Utah's Unique Environments workshop at the Maria Montessori School in North Ogden. A large number of the host school teachers as well as Weber School District teachers attended the event. The rain stopped just in time for the teachers to adventure outdoors for the Bug Hunt! Facilitators Kristen Spanier and Sean Meyer did a fabulous job helping to present a professional development workshop for the first time ever! We thank Maria Montessori School for hosting the large event. Thank you!

Luckily, the weather cooperated to allow the teachers to venture outside for the Bug Hunt! A large number of Soldier Hollow Charter School teachers and Wasatch School District teachers were able to attend the workshop in their neighboring district. School districts around the state are on a three year rotation for the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium's Teacher Professional Development Workshops to visit them. We thank Park City School District for hosting the event. Thank you!

30 teachers participated in the combined Project WET/Utah's Unique Environments workshop on Saturday, March 14 at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. The teachers were able to utilize the Aquarium's resources looking at birds, fish and sharks in the various displays. Congratulations to facilitator Melissa Halverson for a terrific first job presenting a teacher workshop!
